摘要:
研究矿质营养元素硼、钙、镁、铁对番茄青枯菌在马铃薯液体培养基中生长的影响,同时研究硼、钙、镁、铁分别对青枯菌胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,最后采用盆栽接种法研究复合矿质元素组合对番茄青枯病发病率的影响。结果表明,矿质元素硼、钙、镁、铁对青枯菌在马铃薯液体培养基中的生长有显著的抑制作用;经钙、镁、铁处理过的青枯菌胞内SOD、POD、CAT活性均显著升高,而经硼处理过的青枯菌胞内SOD、POD、CAT活性显著低于对照组;土壤中添加复合矿质元素组合后,盆栽试
