摘要:
随着研究手段和设备仪器的飞速发展,对于植物化感作用研究逐步从表观观察转入深层次的机理探索。从化感物质对抗氧化酶系统及细胞膜透性、水分和营养物质吸收、植物中的激素、植物细胞的分裂和伸长以及亚显微结构、光合作用和呼吸作用、蛋白质的合成及基因表达等6个方面的影响来阐述植物化感作用的分子机理,并阐述了差异蛋白质组学在化感方面的研究,并对未来化感作用机理的研究方向进行了分析。
