摘要:
为准确快速诊断猪瘟病毒(classical swine fever virus,简称CSFV)强毒,对GenBank已公布的CSFV 的基因组全序列进行分析,根据CSFV-5′NTR核苷酸序列设计1对特异的荧光定量引物,建立快速检测猪瘟病毒强毒株SYBR Green-Ⅰ实时荧光定量PCR方法。结果表明,该法具有很好的敏感性,对猪瘟病毒最低检出量为10拷 贝/μL;特异性强,与猪瘟兔化弱毒苗、伪狂犬病毒(简称PRV)、猪细小病毒(简称 PPV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(简称PRRSV)、圆环病毒组织苗(简称PCV2)没有交叉反应;重复性好,变异系数(CV)为0.47%~1.36%。该方法可用于猪瘟病毒的快速检测。
