摘要:
为了考察生猪补贴政策对广东省生猪生产效率的影响，以及比较与全国水平的差距，运用Malmquist-DEA模型进行综合测量。结果表明，2002—2013年广东省生猪生产效率总体上低于全国水平，但广东省散养及中等规模生猪的生产效率要明显高于全国水平。现行的生猪补贴政策实施效果并不理想，主要提高了广东省中等规模生猪的生产效率。但对于其他饲养规模而言，补贴政策实施后生产效率都有不同程度的下降，而且加剧了生猪生产效率的波动，特别是技术进步指数的波动。为进一步完善生猪补贴政策，广东省应继续发挥散养和中等规模生猪生产的比较优势，并加大支持力度促进生猪生产的技术进步。
