摘要:
随着经济的发展和人民生活质量的提高,我国消费者多变的需求及对环境保护的关注给传统的猪肉供应模式提出了新的挑战。为了解决猪肉行业发展带来的环境污染问题及猪肉质量安全问题,结合猪肉绿色供应链的实际运行状况,分析猪肉绿色供应链的运作模式,从经济绩效、社会绩效、环境绩效3个方面建立猪肉绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系;基于灰色评价模型对猪肉绿色供应链进行绩效评价,对评价结果进行分析并提出相应的改进措施。
