摘要:
为开发1种基于共培养的抗菌性海洋放线菌平板高效筛选方法,并对菌株提高放线菌产抗菌物质能力的机制进行探索,以单独培养的海葵共附生放线菌为对照,研究与菌株共培养对海葵共附生海洋放线菌抗菌性菌株筛选效率的影响,以及不同生长期蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株Bacillus cereus AS1.1846的发酵液、发酵液添加量和添加时间对放线菌菌株AAA015抗菌活性的影响,初步探索提高放线菌抗菌活性的机制。结果表明,通过平板共培养可以显著提高抗菌性海洋放线菌筛选效率。B. cereus AS1.18
