摘要:
为筛选适宜降解联苯菊酯降解菌,采用正交试验对克雷伯氏菌LB-1固体发酵基质进行筛选,在筛选结果的基础上,对LB-1固体发酵条件、储藏条件进行优化,并进行菌剂稳定性测定。结果表明,最佳载体配比为豆饼粉 ∶凹凸棒(90 ∶10)+10%麦麸+7%玉米粉+3%茶渣;菌剂LB-1制备的最佳接种量为15%,最适发酵温度为 30 ℃,最适发酵时间为30 h,最适烘干时间为36 h,此时菌剂的有效活菌数和降解率均最高。同时菌剂在避光、温度不高于25 ℃条件下90 d内可以保持较高降解活性。联苯菊酯微生物菌剂LB-1在优化后固体发酵培养基培养后降解性和稳定性高,可为今后产品的商品化奠定基础。
