摘要:
为了揭示河北省蔬菜价格波动规律，选取1995—2014年河北省鲜菜类居民消费年度价格指数和2009年1月至2015年11月河北省蔬菜消费月度价格指数，运用H-P滤波分解模型对河北省蔬菜的年度和月度价格进行周期划分；为分析影响河北省蔬菜价格波动的因素，运用因子分析和向量自回归(VAR)模型进行实证分析。结果表明，河北省蔬菜价格波动具有明显的季节性和周期性，年度和月度价格波动幅度均为强幅波动型、扩张期长于收缩期，且周期类型均为古典型，但年度价格波动周期为短期波动，月度价格周期为长期波动；生产成本、购买力、人口数量等因素在不同时间段对蔬菜价格波动的影响大小和方向具有明显的差异性，具有周期性特点。
