摘要:
通过PCV2病毒感染猪髋动脉血管内皮细胞(PIEC)后炎症相关细胞因子mRNA转录水平变化,探讨PCV2感染诱导炎症产生的免疫机制。将PCV2病毒体外接种PIEC,感染不同时间后,收集样品,荧光定量PCR方法检测细胞因子IL-1β、IL-8及IL-18 mRNA转录水平的变化。结果显示,PCV2感染PIEC后,对促炎症细胞因子IL-1β、IL-18及趋化因子IL-8主要起上调表达作用。由此推测细胞因子在体内的综合效应会导致PCV2感染早期机体产生过度炎症反应,并趋化中性粒细胞,引发机体免疫抑制,影响机体特异性免疫应答的正常运转,为PCVD的发病创造条件。
