摘要:
为探讨不同梯度盐碱胁迫对紫花苜蓿生长、品质及光合特性的影响,通过模拟5个不同盐碱浓度对紫花苜蓿的胁迫(0、30、60、90、120 mmol/L)试验。结果表明,盐碱浓度由低到高,紫花苜蓿的株高、分蘖数、干鲜比和干草产量均有所下降;粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分随盐碱胁迫的增加而降低;光合色素叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素总体下降;净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)均先升高后下降;最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学荧光淬灭系数(qP),先上升后下降,非光化学荧光淬灭系数(NPQ)降低。盐碱胁迫可明显减少紫花苜蓿光合色素的含量,降低光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,显著抑制紫花苜蓿的植株生长。
