摘要:
建立金银花中4种绿原酸类成分的一测多评法(quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker,简称QAMS),验证该方法在金银花质量评价中应用的准确性及可行性。以绿原酸为内标,分别建立绿原酸、果酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C的相对校正因子,计算金银花中果酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C的含量,实现一测多评。对金银花样品同时采用外标法与一测多评法测定金银花中6种咖啡酰奎尼酸成分的含量,并比较计算值与实测值的差异,以验证一测多评法在测定中的科学性与可行性。结果表明,各相对校正因子重复性良好,一测多评法测定结果与外标法测定结果进行t检验所得的P值均大于0.05,表明2种测定方法得到的含量之间无显著差异。以绿原酸为内标同时测定果酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B与异绿原酸C的一测多评法可用于金银花的定量分析。
