摘要:
无毛猪具有部分毛囊发育不全的特征,因此又称“稀毛”猪。目前,墨西哥无毛猪作为地方猪品种之一,具有脂肪沉积能力强的显著特征,用于肥胖及其他研究的动物模型,随后学者在丹麦猪、美系大白猪群体中也发现了无毛猪。由于无毛猪具有独特表型,在生物医学领域研究中有着重要作用。基于近年来对无毛猪的研究,主要从无毛猪的形态学特征、无毛性状遗传规律、组织学特性、生产性能及研究等方面进行了概述,以期为无毛猪的进一步开发利用、培育特色品种提供理论依据,同时也为无毛猪这种特殊表型作为动物模型应用于生物医学相关领域的研究提供基础资料。
