摘要:
以副猪嗜血杆菌nanH为研究对象,对副猪嗜血杆菌不同标准株的神经氨酸酶序列和活性进行分析,同时通过原核表达获得了可溶性表达的有活性的神经氨酸酶。结果表明,副猪嗜血杆菌的神经氨酸酶包含1个RIF功能域和2个Asp-box区,其活性区域包括由Arg163、Arg233构成的精氨酸三联体、Glu148、Tyr267和Asp182;NanH的可溶性表达表明,副猪嗜血杆菌神经氨酸酶以可溶性表达的形式存在,同时使用神经氨酸酶检测试剂盒检测有活性,为进一步研究神经氨酸酶的功能提供依据。
