摘要:
拟对花斑裸鲤(Gymnocypris eckloni Herzenstein)的胚胎发育进行观察和描述。花斑裸鲤成熟卵卵径为2.1~2.6 mm,淡黄色,微黏,沉性。根据胚胎形态变化,可将胚胎发育的整个过程划分成受精、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成和出膜7个阶段,受精卵在14~16 ℃下,受精后3 h 47 min进入卵裂阶段,16 h 21 min后进入囊胚阶段,31 h 54 min后进入原肠胚阶段,38 h 59 min后进入神经胚阶段,42 h 41 min后进入器官形成阶段,118 h 34 min开始孵化出膜,经过21 h 43 min全部出膜,整个过程用时140 h 17 min,初孵仔鱼全长7.6~8.0 mm。
