摘要:
以富士、福岛短枝富士为试材,调查果实成熟过程中可溶性固形物、总糖、可滴定酸及主要营养元素含量的变化,并对其相关性进行研究。结果表明,在果实成熟过程中,果实中的可溶性固形物、总糖、硼含量有逐渐增加的趋势,可滴定酸、氮含量有逐渐减少的趋势,磷、钙、镁含量整体也有降低的趋势;富士、福岛短枝富士可溶性固形物、总糖、可滴定酸及主要营养元素含量的变化较为一致;在各个测定时期,福岛短枝富士的氮、硼含量都高于富士,钾含量低于富士;经通径分析,果实固形物含量受磷、硼含量的影响较大,总糖、可滴定酸含量受硼含量的影响较大,品种间也存在差异。
