摘要:
设置土壤灭菌、添加杀真菌剂和对照3种处理,采用盆栽法研究紫茎泽兰群落下土壤微生物对紫茎泽兰和3种我国西南地区当地植物生长的反馈效应。单种和混种均显示,灭菌处理下紫茎泽兰和我国西南当地植物的相对生长率和生物量整体较低,添加杀真菌剂处理紫茎泽兰和我国西南当地植物的相对生长率和生物量整体较高,说明土壤中的微生物类群能促进植物的生长。在对照处理下,与拔毒散混种的紫茎泽兰生物量较小,说明土壤微生物不利于紫茎泽兰对拔毒散的竞争。在添加杀真菌剂处理下,与马唐混种的紫茎泽兰生物量高于其他处理;在对照处理下,混种中马唐生物量显著低于其他处理,说明土壤微生物可促进紫茎泽兰对马唐的竞争。在紫茎泽兰的防治工作中,可考虑将拔毒散选作入侵地的替代植物。
