摘要:
采用分光光度计法测定221份西瓜种质资源的番茄红素含量,采用类平均聚类法对201份红、粉瓤西瓜种质资源进行聚类分析。结果表明,番茄红素含量与西瓜品种的瓤色相关,差异很大,201份红、粉瓤西瓜品种中的番茄红素含量在10.03~91.99 mg/kg之间,平均含量为35.23 mg/kg,变异系数为41.95%,20份黄、白、橘色瓤西瓜品种中的番茄红素含量相对极少,在0~6.32 mg/kg之间,平均含量为1.79 mg/kg,变异系数为95.80%;201份红、粉瓤西瓜种质资源被聚为普通型、中间型、高型、极高型4大类,其变异系数分别为24.29%、12.51%、7.41%、7.44%,其中普通型类群中番茄红素含量的变异较为丰富;国外引进品种、选育品种、地方品种在4个类群中均有分布,品种栽培类型与番茄红素含量无明显相关性。在此研究基础上,筛选出6份极高番茄红素含量和9份高番茄红素含量的西瓜品种。
