摘要:
为探究产后奶牛服用“产复康”对子宫复旧情况及子宫内膜炎发病率的影响，将75头胎衣不下奶牛随机分为5组，即产复康高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、产后宫康王药物对照组和空白对照组，每组15头，用药后观察奶牛子宫分泌物、收缩性，子宫复旧情况和子宫内膜炎发病率等指标。结果表明，产复康用药奶牛子宫分泌物、收缩性和子宫复旧效果均明显优于空白对照组，其中药物对照组奶牛与中剂量组效果相近。服用产复康奶牛产后首次发情时间较空白对照组明显提前，85 d配孕率升高，同时降低了子宫内膜炎发病率。说明服用产复康中药组方可提高产后奶牛子宫收缩能力，促进子宫内恶露排除，可加快子宫复旧，有效促进奶牛提前发情，提高配孕率和降低子宫内膜炎发病率。
