摘要:
为了解新疆地区引起奶牛乳房炎和子宫内膜炎的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)流行株的分子特征及毒力基因分布状况,对采集的221份样品进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离,采用生化试验和分子生物学方法进行了鉴定,通过药敏试验对MRSA进行判定;应用多重PCR方法对MRSA新疆流行株进行Agr基因分型研究,并检测了MRSA流行株的部分毒力基因。结果表明,在新疆地区71株金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株中共检出13株MRSA,检出率为18.3%;13株MRSA检出hld、lukED和tst这3种毒力基因,其中3株检出hld,10株检出lukED,13株检出tst;不同地区来源的13株MRSA均检出AgrⅠ和AgrⅣ 2种Agr型。本研究表明新疆地区MRSA流行株的毒力基因以lukED和tst为主,Agr分型以 AgrⅠ 和AgrⅣ基因型为主。
