摘要:
为探究黄瓜双断根嫁接苗适宜的贮运时间和温度,研究不同贮运温度(15、20、25 ℃)、时间(0、8、16、24、32、40、48 h)对黑暗高湿(99%)条件下嫁接商品苗成活率、形态、生理指标的影响。结果表明,在本试验设定的温度与贮运时间范围内,嫁接苗的成活率与对照无显著差异;但与对照相比,贮运时间超过40 h会显著降低黄瓜商品苗的根冠比及接穗子叶和真叶的叶绿素含量;在温度为25 ℃(贮运8~48 h)嫁接商品苗的根冠比、接穗子叶叶绿素含量均显著低于对照。结果表明,黄瓜双断根嫁接苗的贮运温度不宜超过25 ℃,贮运时间不宜超过40 h。
