摘要:
深入研究城市绿化带对空气微生物污染的屏障作用,对城市空气污染的控制、环境质量的改善以及城市道路绿化的科学配置具有重要指导意义。以河北省石家庄3个城市绿化带为研究对象,以非城市绿化带为对照,分析空气细菌、真菌含量、种类及减菌效应和屏障作用。结果表明,非城市绿化带和城市绿化带细菌和真菌所占微生物比例随季节变化呈先增后降趋势,且细菌所占微生物比例高于真菌所占微生物比例。细菌和真菌含量、微生物总含量随季节变化呈逐渐降低趋势,基本表现为春季>夏季>秋季>冬季,其中不同季节细菌含量均高于真菌含量。城市绿化带和非城市绿化带共鉴定出45个属空气细菌,其中革兰氏阳性菌37个属,占82.22%;革兰氏阴性菌8个属,占 17.78%。对于城市绿化带来说,对空气微生物污染具有一定的屏障作用,其屏障距离在40 m左右。
