摘要:
为建立快速、有效的西瓜枯萎病苗期抗性鉴定技术体系,筛选抗枯萎病种质资源。对西瓜枯萎病苗期鉴定的接种方法、接种浓度、栽培土质、培养容器等进行系统筛选与比较,并应用筛选出的最佳技术对40份西瓜种质资源进行抗枯萎病鉴定与评价。结果表明,伤根蘸孢法可导致西瓜幼苗发病均匀、迅速,是较为理想的接种方法,最适分生孢子接种浓度为105个/mL,接种后用草炭土作为栽培土质,在培养瓶中保湿培养为最佳。40份西瓜种质材料鉴定结果显示,伤根蘸孢法是抗枯萎病快速鉴定的有效方法。从40份种质资源中筛选出2份对西瓜枯萎病有一定耐病性的抗性材料。
