摘要:
科研院所建设财务管理信息化系统，对于提高财务管理工作的效率和质量具有重要意义。本文在分析科研院所财务管理存在问题的基础上，从信息化制度建设、顶层设计、建设细化方案、系统集成、内部控制建设、风险管控、财会信息化人才培养以及系统建设运行环境的营造等方面，对建成高效的科研院所财务管理信息系统提出了对策和建议。
