摘要:
为探讨农田3类传粉昆虫(蜜蜂、蝴蝶、食蚜蝇)的群落结构与农田土地利用类型的关系,于2015年3月、2015年4月采用改良的陷阱法,采集长江下游南岸农田的传粉昆虫,对农田传粉昆虫群落结构进行研究。结果表明:2个采样时期共捕获传粉昆虫1 374头,分属6科共22种;其中蜜蜂13种,蝴蝶2种,食蚜蝇7种。优势种为意大利蜂(Apis mellifera Ligustica Spinola)、大隧蜂(Seladonia magnus Ebmer)、中华菜粉蝶(Pieris rapae Linnaeus)、大灰食芽蝇(Metasyrphus corolla Fabricius)、黑带食蚜蝇(Episyrphus balteatus de Geer)和凹带食蚜蝇(Syrphus nitens Zetterstedt)。油菜是否开花、油菜的种植面积均对农田传粉者个体数量、传粉者群落结构有影响;花期3类传粉昆虫群落的丰富度指数、均匀度指数、多样性指数均值均高于非花期;在时间动态上,表现出花期传粉者分布密度普遍高于非花期。CCA(典型关联)分析结果表明,油菜(开花作物)田是影响农田传粉昆虫群落结构的主要土地利用类型,其次是以荒地、田埂和沟渠为主的半自然生境。推测开花植物的比例可能是影响传粉昆虫群落结构的重要生物因素。
