摘要:
基于对河北省邯郸市肥乡区退出第三方评估结果，凝练邯郸市肥乡区产业扶贫创新模式，评估其扶贫效果。首先，根据肥乡区精准识别和研判贫困区域属性，从微观角度选取一个典型企业——邯郸市康源种植有限公司，考察扶贫龙头企业对当地贫困户收入提高的促进作用，着重研究贫困户脱贫软指标的提升，探讨龙头企业扶贫可持续性模式；其次，在相关资料和数据的基础上，对康源产业扶贫模式运行绩效进行评价，提出模式优化建议及配套机制。
