摘要:
以紫萍NJ016为对象,研究浮萍休眠体形成过程中叶状体、休眠体中的淀粉、叶绿素含量及ADP-葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(AGPase)、α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶活性变化情况。结果表明,浮萍休眠体形成初期,AGPase活性先明显增加后逐渐下降,较未经脱落酸处理的叶状体其活性下降99.8%;浮萍休眠体形成过程中,α、β-淀粉酶活性受到不同程度抑制,α、β-淀粉酶活性与淀粉含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)含量下降明显,叶绿素a/叶绿素b值呈增加趋势。因此,浮萍休眠体形成过程中,主要是通过抑制淀粉的降解进行淀粉积累。
