摘要:
以盆栽非洲菊优良品种革命为研究材料,比较8种栽培基质和不同盐浓度基质下植株生长差异。结果发现,8种配方中基质S7(草炭 ∶ 蛭石 ∶ 椰糠=1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1)和S4(草炭 ∶ 椰糠=1 ∶ 1)综合评价和开花生物量均较好。盆栽非洲菊革命在50 mg/L NaCl处理下可以正常生长,100~150 mg/L NaCl轻度至中度抑制植株生长,浓度达200 mg/L时重度抑制植株生长。说明植株在日光温室中能够正常生长,其栽培基质及灌溉水中的盐浓度应低于50 mg/L。
