摘要:
本研究以3种互叶白千层枝叶为试验材料,采用同时蒸馏法提取精油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析鉴定其化学成分。在此基础上,采用正交试验对优株诱导培养基的激素种类和浓度进行优化。结果发现,互叶白千层品种2精油中松油醇-4含量为42.9%,1,8-桉树油素含量为11.24%,较佳的丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+005 mg/L NAA+0.15 mg/L 6-BA+0.05%活性炭+0.07 mmol/L硝酸镧,pH值5.8,该条件下的诱导率是96.4%。结果表明,互叶白千层品种2是高精油优良株系,精油成分符合国际标准(ISO4730—1996),上述丛生芽诱导培养基为最佳诱导培养基。
