摘要:
利用酒石酸溶液对亚麻原料进行改性,制备出具有良好吸附性能的吸附剂。以单因素和多因素做静态试验,研究亚麻对水中甲基紫的吸附效果。结果表明,改性亚麻的去除率可达96.2%;不同初始染料浓度,在一定吸附时间内,吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型,最大均匀位点吸附量可达76.92 mg/g;该吸附为自发的吸热反应,温度升高利于反应进行。响应面法优化试验结果表明,吸附效果最佳组合为改性时间为60 min、吸附剂用量为0.1 g、初始染料浓度为80 mg/L、吸附温度为40 ℃。改性亚麻材料可以作为阳离子染料的良好吸附剂,对处理染料废水具有重要的意义。
