摘要:
为研究开发反刍家畜降甲烷、促生长调节剂,采用体外产气法初步研究不同植物提取物、本试验构建的1株工程菌(1株表达α-淀粉酵母酶的酵母菌)及其不同组合对湖羊瘤胃发酵过程的影响。体外发酵试验表明,博落回提取物既有良好的降甲烷效果,又基本不影响微生物蛋白(membrane cofactor protein,简称MCP)产生:发酵12、24 h,对照组的甲烷产量分别为7.62%、11.74%,而博落回处理组分别为4.92%、6.14%;发酵36 h的微生物蛋白含量对照组为410 mg/L,而博落回处理组为408 mg/L;添加一定水平的工程菌在基本不影响MCP产生的前提下具有一定的降甲烷效果(降低甲烷产量12.9%);博落回提取物与大蒜油和工程菌组合处理组与对照组相比,能抑制35.4%的甲烷产生,而其微生物蛋白产量还略高于正对照组,博落回提取物与肉桂油和工程菌组合处理组与对照组相比,抑制20.2%的甲烷产生,微生物蛋白产量则基本与对照持平。进一步的动物试验表明,博落回提取物与大蒜油按一定比例组合加以一定量的活化工程菌,能降低甲烷生成促进湖羊生长。
