摘要:
从人参根部分离出4株内生细菌,以灰葡萄孢菌为靶向病原菌,采用平板对峙法筛选出1株拮抗细菌 GS-1,并结合形态学和分子生物学特征对其进行鉴定。结果表明,GS-1为多黏类芽孢杆菌,其活菌体能够抑制病原菌菌丝的生长;发酵液对病原菌孢子萌发有抑制作用,抑制率达62.47%。由此判断菌株GS-1是一株具有生防潜力的内生细菌,值得进一步开发利用。
