摘要:
借助核密度、典范对应分析(CCA)、突变检测(STARS)和集中度指数(CR5)定量分析2008—2016年中国地理标志农产品数量和类型的空间演化特征。空间分析结果显示中国地理标志农产品集中分布在华东和西南地区,以“水果-蔬菜-肉类产品”为主,与温度、降水、光照等气候因子有关。从时间序列角度分析地理标志农产品的演化特征。结果表明,每年申请获批地理标志农产品数量的集中度逐渐下降,各省(市、区)表现出不同的发展趋势,主要分为4类:类型1——快速发展型、类型2——总量稳定型、类型3——起步型、类型4——平稳发展型;而地理标志农产品类型自2012年以来肉类产品、水产动物、中药材的比例显著提升,粮食和蔬菜所占比例有所下降。
