摘要:
研究花脸香蘑(Lepista sordida)菌丝平板培养最佳碳源、氮源和无机盐,得到优化配方。以花脸香蘑菌丝生长速度为指标,通过平板培养研究9种碳源、8种氮源及6种无机盐对花脸香蘑菌丝生长的影响,并用三元二次正交回归试验对花脸香蘑的培养基配方进行优化。结果表明,促进花脸香蘑菌丝生长的最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为麸皮,最佳无机盐为MgSO4,培养7 d后菌丝生长速率分别为2.29、1.88、1.64 mm/d;优化后的培养基配方为:马铃薯20%、琼脂2%、蔗糖3.06%、麸皮0.45%、MgSO4 0.02%。培养基中添加蔗糖、麸皮和MgSO4可促进花脸香蘑菌丝生长,并得到优化后的培养配方,为下一步研究提供了基础。
