摘要:
为探究猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)临床分离株对氟苯尼考(FFC)的耐药性及floR基因的流行与分布情况,收集河南、湖北、江西、陕西、湖南、山西、安徽等7个省份合作猪场送检的病死猪肺脏、脾脏、支气管黏液等206份病料样本,从中分离APP并鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定分离菌株对FFC的敏感性,PCR及测序方法检测floR基因,并用随机引物PCR(AP-PCR)方法分析临床分离菌株之间的同源性。结果表明,成功分离鉴定了APP 28株,分离率为13.59%。4株APP对FFC耐药,耐药率为14.29%;15株携带floR基因,floR检出率为53.57%,高于APP对FFC的耐药率;有11株分离菌floR阳性但对FFC并不耐药。分析RAPD系统树状图发现,28株APP被分为几乎无核苷酸同源性的A和B 2大类、25种RAPD型,其中A类25株,分22种RAPD型,14株携带floR基因,这些菌株间的核苷酸同源性为40%~80%;B类3株,分3种RAPD型,1株携带floR基因。本研究提示APP的floR基因主要以水平方式传播。
