摘要:
为了监测养殖场排污水中兽药抗生素污染状况,拟建立1种固相萃取-高效液相色谱方法测定养殖场污水中强力霉素残留。养殖场排污水离心后取上清液过滤膜并调整溶液pH值,分别采用固相萃取柱进行富集和洗脱,氮吹浓缩处理,C18色谱柱分离,0.01 mol/L乙二酸溶液+甲醇-乙腈溶液洗脱。结果显示,标准曲线在1~20 μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r为0.999 8;在10~50 μg/L添加浓度范围内,强力霉素平均回收率为91.55%~9514%,日内相对标准偏差为1.66%~6.45%,日间相对标准偏差为0.62%~0.75%,该方法的检测限为 0.1 μg/mL。该方法操作简便、高效,适用于养殖场排污水中强力霉素残留的快速测定。
