摘要:
为发掘对黄瓜白粉病有较好防治效果的生防菌株,对黄瓜白粉病根际土壤细菌进行分离纯化,采用盆栽活体生测方法对白粉病拮抗细菌进行筛选,发现1株对黄瓜白粉病生防效果较好的细菌SDNY-038。经过菌株鉴定以及进一步的生测验证表明,该菌株属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)细菌,对黄瓜白粉病具有一定的防治效果,7、14 d后生防效果分别达到78.00%、84.67%,与阳性对照药剂相比,防效施高55.93、66.37百分点,该菌株具有进一步开发成为生物农药的潜质。
