摘要:
为探讨转基因棉花对田间常见非靶标生物的环境安全性,以新型抗黄萎病转基因棉花JA1为研究对象,以棉叶直接喂饲和人工饲料添加棉花茎叶粉末的方法,分别喂养灰巴蜗牛(Bradybaena ravida)72 h和70 d,期间监测蜗牛的死亡率、取食率、体质量变化和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化情况,在室内评价其对灰巴蜗牛可能带来的影响。结果表明,与喂饲亲本棉叶的蜗牛相比,喂饲转基因棉花的蜗牛在上述各方面均未出现明显差异。
