摘要:
为了揭示有机肥和生物炭施入对重金属污染农田土壤肥力和修复植物生长的影响,采用田间定位试验的方法,以山西忻州金矿周边重金属污染土壤为研究对象,检测施用有机肥、生物炭之后,不同修复植物根际土壤的pH值、有机质含量、阳离子交换量及酶活性等的变化。结果表明,施用有机肥和生物炭后,重金属污染土壤中的有机质含量、阳离子交换量、全氮及全磷含量、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性都有不同程度的提高,土壤pH值、全钾含量均有下降。与对照相比,施用生物炭之后,黑麦草根际土壤的阳离子交换量、全氮含量、过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了12.40%、7.35%、16.21%,施用有机肥后,苜蓿根系的有机质含量显著增加了73.81%。施用有机肥和生物炭可以提升重金属污染土壤的肥力,有助于修复植物的生物量积累和修复效果的提高。
