摘要:: 技术应用可以改变农业生产函数结构，是农业经济发展的源泉与动力。调查发现陕西省大部分农民专业合作社农业技术应用水平较低，合作社内成员各自为战、专业技术指导员配备不足、缺乏稳定的技术工人队伍等现象普遍存在。技术缺失导致农产品产量、质量不稳定，影响了农民专业合作社进一步发展。农民专业合作社应加强社员技能培训、提升社员素质，建立与外部企业技术合作、与公益性农业技术推广部门合作的长效机制，促进自身健康发展。
