摘要:
对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)的进口鱼粉、肉粉、虾粉、菜粕、豆粕和花生粕6种饲料原料相关蛋白、脂肪和氨基酸的表观消化率进行检测。试验饲料由70%基础饲料和30%待测饲料原料组成,添加0.5%三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)为外源指示剂。选取了平均体质量(23.5±3.84) g的克氏原螯虾成虾420尾,随机分7组(含基础饲料组),每组3个重复,每重复20尾,投喂试验饲料养殖8周,采用虹吸法收集粪便进行表观消化率测定。结果表明,饲料总消化率进口鱼粉最高(87.16%),虾粉最低(65.80%);粗蛋白表观消化率菜粕最高(91.58%),虾粉最低(49.03%);粗脂肪表观消化率肉粉最高(97.54%),豆粕最低(75.76%)。6种饲料原料中进口鱼粉、菜粕及肉粉组17种氨基酸表观消化率均超过80%,其中菜粕组略高于进口鱼粉和肉粉组。研究结果显示,进口鱼粉、肉粉是克氏原螯虾饲料的优质蛋白源,菜粕则是较好的植物性蛋白源。
