摘要:
为了解土壤不同含水量及种植茬次对水芹生长和品质的影响,以水芹为试验材料,采用盆栽方法,研究了水芹的生长与品质。试验设置4种不同栽培方式:(1)水芹-水芹:100%土壤含水量(SS1),(2)水芹-水芹:80%土壤含水量(SS8),(3)冬闲-水芹:100%土壤含水量(OS1),(4)冬闲-水芹:80%土壤含水量(OS8)。结果表明,栽培1茬水芹的淹水和湿栽处理的地上部鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于栽培2茬的水芹处理,栽培1茬水芹的淹水处理的株高、分蘖数、地下部鲜质量及干质量显著高于栽培2茬的水芹处理;此外,栽培2茬水芹的淹水处理的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量显著高于湿栽处理;水芹的纤维素和亚硝酸盐含量未受影响。相关性分析表明,栽培1茬水芹的淹水处理的可溶性蛋白含量与分蘖数正相关,栽培1茬水芹的湿栽处理的亚硝酸盐含量与分蘖数负相关,则增加分蘖数可使水芹可溶性蛋白含量升高,亚硝酸盐含量降低。因此,进行1茬水芹淹水与湿栽后,水芹的生长与品质均优于2茬栽培,而进行2茬栽培水芹淹栽优于湿栽处理。
