摘要:
烟草甲[Lasioderrma serricorne (Fabricius)]作为世界范围内最重要的烟草仓储害虫之一,一直是烟草仓储领域的研究热点,因其食性广、抗药性强和繁殖能力强等特点在防治方面有很多的问题,现行的防治方法较为单一,无法应对复杂多样的仓储实际情况,综述国内外报道的烟草甲的物理、化学和生物防治方法,并对使用范围广、使用效果好和防治潜力大的一些防治方法进行重点介绍;近10年来分子生物学的迅速发展使烟草甲的研究方法日新月异,分子生物学成为烟草甲防治研究的重要手段,综述近10年分子生物学与烟草甲研究这2个交叉领域中的主要成果,并对现行烟草甲研究中使用的分子生物学工具进行了评价。
