摘要:
农业龙头企业代表我国农村的先进生产力。首先分析农业龙头企业披露社会责任信息的意义和背景，接着以我国国家重点农业龙头企业为分析对象，分别从社会责任信息报告主体特征、报告形式特征和报告内容特征等3个方面分析我国现阶段农业龙头企业社会责任信息披露的现状，并着重分析农业龙头企业社会责任信息披露中存在的信息披露意愿不足、客观性不高、可靠性不强、有用性偏弱、可比性较差等问题。最后分别从推动强制披露、制定专门披露准则、建立第三方审验机制、优化披露内容和推动人才培养等5个方面提出了相应的政策建议。
