摘要:
从文献计量学的角度厘清国内外关于农地流转领域的研究问题，以加深对农地流转研究领域的认识与把握，为后续相关研究拓宽思路。运用CiteSpace信息可视化软件，基于国际学术界权威的social science citation index(SSCI)数据库与国内权威的中国知网(CNKI)数据库，分别有效选取1978—2018年的355篇公开发表的外文核心论文，以及1993—2018年公开发表的中文核心论文801篇，全景式展现国内外农地流转研究的发展轨迹及特征。尽管中外研究在起源时间上存在差异，但研究数量均于近年来呈现爆炸式增长趋势；在研究热点方面，中外文献体现出一些异同，共同之处在于均重视农地制度和政策以及农地流转的影响研究，而不同之处在于农地流转现状及农地流转影响等。农地流转研究是破解城乡发展不平衡、不充分这一突出矛盾的关键，未来一段时期内，应从多学科融合的视角改变以往农地流转研究中理论框架的局限性，并不断采用新的理论方法解释出现的新问题。
