摘要:
2018年自福建省疑似鸡滑液囊支原体感染病鸡中分离得到9株鸡滑液囊支原体,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定了其对9种抗菌药物的敏感性,对筛选出的多重耐药株(MS HB)进行了全基因组序列分析。结果显示,福建地区鸡滑液囊支原体临床株对泰万菌素和泰妙菌素较为敏感,对泰乐菌素、多西环素、土霉素和替米考星敏感性次之,而对氟苯尼考和恩诺沙星最不敏感。多重耐药株(MS HB)基因组大小为766 081 bp;GC含量为28.02%;共注释到1 464个基因,其中,包括多个毒力基因和1个耐药基因(ermQ),与敏感标准株WVU1853全基因组序列比对得出大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类药物耐药基因的多个突变位点。研究结果丰富了对鸡滑液囊支原体流行病学的认识,并可为该地区临床治疗鸡滑液囊支原体感染的合理用药选择提供理论依据和实践指导。
