摘要:
人工接种猪巴氏杆菌Lh-4株于SPF仔猪,以复制猪肺疫发病模型,并探讨其发生发展的规律,为今后研究该病的防治提供依据。选取5头30日龄SPF仔猪,随机分为攻毒组3头和对照组2头。联合采用滴鼻和皮下注射攻毒(109 CFU/头),攻毒后每天观察临床症状和测定直肠温度,并分别于0、4、10、16 d采集鼻拭子和抗凝血,进行细菌PCR检测。死亡和16 d时剖检,进行组织学观察,同时进行巴氏杆菌在各组织中的分布测定及细菌再分离,最后对具有类似临床症状的病原进行检测。结果发现,攻毒组有2头出现包括发烧、败血症、支气管肺炎、胸膜炎、心包炎等典型的猪肺疫临床症状和病理变化,1头出现了轻微临床症状。所有攻毒猪均能再分离到巴氏杆菌,其中典型发病猪各组织脏器中均有巴氏杆菌的分布,但轻微发病猪仅在心、肺、扁桃体和淋巴结中检测出。发病猪其他有类似临床症状的相关病原检测均为阴性。成功建立了猪肺疫发病模型,为巴氏杆菌病的发生发展规律,致病机制及其他巴氏杆菌临床分离株致病性的确定提供依据。
