摘要:
为明确江西省丝瓜果实腐烂病病原菌种类及病原菌寄主范围,从江西省南昌市和赣州市丝瓜种植区采集具有典型症状的腐烂病病果并进行病原菌分离,采用形态学观察、致病性测定和分子生物学技术对其种类进行鉴定,并接种7种作物幼苗以明确其寄主范围。结果表明,从丝瓜烂果病病样中共分离到2株菌株,分别命名为SG-1和 SG-2,2株菌株形态特征一致,菌落呈圆形,气生菌丝发达,有膨大的孢子囊,孢子囊萌发有泡囊产生,有性生殖还可见雄器和藏卵器。在以ITS、Cox2、β-tubulin3个基因构建的系统发育树中,菌株SG-1、SG-2和瓜果腐霉(Pythium aphanidermatum)聚在同一个分支,结合上述结果,将此次采集的丝瓜果实腐烂病病原鉴定为瓜果腐霉。将该病原菌接种葫芦科的黄瓜,茄科的辣椒、茄子,十字花科的白菜、西兰花,锦葵科的秋葵等代表性作物幼苗,结果表明其还可以引起幼苗猝倒病。
