摘要:
为明确稻田除草剂对水生生物的安全性,通过静态法测定6种除草剂10%口恶唑酰草胺乳油、20%口恶唑·灭草松微乳剂、20%口恶唑·氰氟乳油、18%五氟·氰氟草可分散油悬浮剂、20%氰氟·双草醚可分散油悬浮剂和15%嘧肟·氰氟草水乳剂对斑马鱼和大型溞的急性毒性,并进行安全性评价。结果显示,10%口恶唑酰草胺乳油对斑马鱼、大型溞的急性毒性为高毒,20%口恶唑·灭草松微乳剂、20%口恶唑·氰氟乳油对斑马鱼、大型溞的急性毒性为中毒,18%五氟·氰氟草可分散油悬浮剂、20%氰氟·双草醚可分散油悬浮剂和15%嘧肟·氰氟草水乳剂对斑马鱼、大型溞的急性毒性为低毒。由此可见,对于中高毒农药,应严格控制其使用量,从而减少其对水生生物的毒害作用。
