摘要:
为明确氮磷肥施用量对甜菜生长及产量质量的影响,以甜菜品种Beta796为试验材料,设置了低氮高磷(N ∶P2O5=150 kg/hm2 ∶225 kg/hm2,T1)、高氮低磷(N ∶P2O5=270 kg/hm2 ∶120 kg/hm2,T2)、高氮高磷(N ∶P2O5=270 kg/hm2 ∶225 kg/hm2,T3)、不施氮正常施磷(N ∶P2O5=0 kg/hm2 ∶180 kg/hm2,N0)、不施磷正常施氮(N ∶P2O5=210 kg/hm2 ∶0 kg/hm2,P0)5个施肥处理,研究不同氮磷肥配比对甜菜气体交换、干物质积累、产量及其构成因素的影响。结果表明,氮磷肥的配合施用相比于单独施用可促进甜菜的生长发育。尤其在施入150 kg/hm2纯氮和 225 kg/hm2 P2O5处理下可通过提高叶面积指数(LAI)、光合色素含量(SPAD值)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)使叶片保持较高的光合速率(Pn)。该处理还通过提前干物质最大积累速率出现时间(t1)、推迟最大积累速率结束时间(t2),延长了干物质快速积累持续时间(Δt),最终提高干物质积累及收获期的块根产量。此外,该处理通过促进收获期块根中的糖代谢过程,增加了块根中的蔗糖和果糖含量,使更多的可溶性糖在块根中积累,但也降低了块根品质。综合不同处理下甜菜的产量和品质表现,新疆塔额盆地滴灌条件下甜菜的管理中氮磷肥推荐用量分别为150、225 kg/hm2
