摘要:
为研究牡蛎共生菌Talaromyces sp. ML-3发酵液的化学成分,首先采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、高效液相色谱等方法对Talaromyces sp. ML-3发酵液粗浸膏的化学成分进行分离纯化;再采用高分辨电喷雾质谱、核磁共振谱等现代波谱技术及文献比对的方法进行化合物的结构鉴定;最后采用基于液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)的全球天然产物(GNPS)分子网络技术分析Talaromyces sp. ML-3发酵液的化学成分。结果从Talaromyces sp. ML-3发酵液粗浸膏中分离得到4个化合物,分别为emodin(化合物1)、3-indolethanol(化合物2)、ω-hydroxy-emodin(化合物3)和(22E,24R)-8,14-epoxyergosta-4,22-diene-3,6-dione(化合物4);通过LC-MS/MS分子网络分析,从菌株ML-3发酵液中识别出6类22个化合物,包括11个蒽醌类化合物(3个二蒽醌和8个单蒽核蒽醌)、3个脂肪酸类化合物、4个环二肽、2个香豆素类化合物、1个吲哚生物碱和1个麦角甾醇等。Talaromyces sp. ML-3发酵液中含有丰富的化学成分,是药物先导化合物的潜在来源,本研究为后续化合物的导向分离和新活性化合物的挖掘提供了研究依据。
